How i can return the products?

All sales are final, but we replace damaged or spoiled goods. Please unpack the video. Our Return & Refund Policy can be found on our site.

Is cod facility available?

Payment by COD is only available for certain PIN codes. All orders will be charged by COD.

How long will it take for delivery?

7-9 business days is the standard delivery lead time.

How do i track my order?

When you confirm your order and pay for it, we will send you an order confirmation message.

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER IN ORDER?

If you would like to update your information like your address and phone number, you may contact our customer service at 9113059050 and email support@kojiesans.com. We will change any orders for which we haven’t shipped by contacting the purchaser and giving him or her the new details. Once your order is shipped, you cannot change the address.

How can I cancel my online order?

How do i pick up my order from store?

We do not currently offer in-store pickup. The shipping of your online purchases will be handled directly by us.

What happens if a transaction is successful but not received?

Under rare circumstances, this does happen and it’s because it takes some time for you to process what has happened. Please wait for ninety minutes. Please email or call us at 9113059050, support@kojiesans.com if you see that your order status says payment pending.

What happens when your order is confirmed?

Please contact us if you do not receive an order confirmation email once payment is completed. We will be able to assist you!

How long does it take to ship the order after successful payment?

If you make an order by 1 pm, it will be processed that same day. If you place your order past 3pm on Saturday, your order will not be processed until Monday.

Do you deliver orders on weekends?

You can expect your order to be delivered on weekends.

We only ship to India at the moment.

What should you do if you are unable to deliver an order answer?

Our Delivery service will attempt to deliver your product three times, after which, we may hold onto it or redirect it at the request of the customer.

What to do if an item is out of stock?

Products designated Out of Stock are not for sale. You can use the Notify Me feature to be notified of the product’s return.
